Shipping and Delivery
My team and I are creatives that are passionate about sharing our skills with as many people as we can. It is very important for us to ensure our products get to you the way we design and use them. We’re glad to say that we ship to just about any place in the world, thanks to craftsmen and manufacturers that offer their services alongside ours.
The products and designs featured on this site ships from many different countries and in our personal inventory the Philippines; some of which we don’t handle ourselves. Rest assured that we’ve screened these people to the best of our abilities, offering you a product we are proud to offer.
Shipping Details and Logistics
Shipping Packaging
Items coming from our own inventory in the Philippines will be packed and mailed in either polybags with the products wrapped in bubble wrap, or in bubble mailers. Each product will be packed individually in their own plastic bags and backing cards if available.
We do not use bioplastics or biodegradable plastic alternatives due to the risks these pose to recycling facilities if not disposed of properly. Until we can explicitly label our own packaging, we will be using PET and/or OOP packaging by default. As an alternative, you may contact us if you would want your items to be packed in paper envelopes and wrapped in tissue paper packaging instead. We will not use any silicone coated paper (parchment) or paraffin wax packaging, and may opt to use handmade envelopes. While these may not be recyclable (tissue packaging, soybean wax paper), they are biodegradable and will degrade in a significantly shorter time without specific requirements that bioplastic alternatives require to achieve degradation. These can be safely disposed of even in basic facilities.
Be reminded that we will still wrap products in bubble wrap and/or send it in bubble mailers, unless otherwise specified, to ensure that they will get to you safely and decrease the carbon footprint of sending replacements. If you would want to opt for alternative packaging, please ensure that you send in the inquiry before the cutoff for shipping noted in the Shipping Time section of this policy page or your package may come in the default packaging.
We will not have control over how orders are packed from our partner printing company and other suppliers. Printful is a company that is used by many eCommerce sites, including artists and designers like us. We are confident in their packaging and delivery experience. They may come in plastics, and we may not capable of sending in requests for alternative packaging.
While we try our best to ship items to you in one piece, direct from supplier and manufacturer products will come separately as shipping to a warehouse only to be packed and shipped again adds to the transport waste and pollution generated through the shipping process and the duration to get your products to you. Please expect multiple packages if you order from both our inventory and from our outsourced products, and they’re likely to come in different times.
We relieve any shipping responsibility for the damages incurred through shipping and made by the courier, but any inquiries about damaged products or to see if they are eligible for refund/returns, please refer to our Return and Refund Policy.
Local Philippine Shipping
Our store may ship from multiple locations thanks to the availability of materials from our US printing company, supply manufacturers from China and the Philippines, and our own inventory here in the Philippines. We may limit products available to people in Philippines, especially if they’re available on our Shopee PH store. Our Shopee store fulfillment runs on terms and conditions set by Shopee, this ensures cheaper shipping and faster delivery of in-stock products locally.
Packages from our US suppliers may use USPS or UPS as their shipping partner. Packages from supply manufacturers in China may come in ePacket/EMS or China Post Air Mail. Packages coming from the Philippines will be delivered via LBC or Grab Delivery. We will update you of any changes in the courier of choice, and additional shipping costs if necessary.
International Shipping
We are able to ship items to almost anywhere in the world. However, sometimes the courier we or our suppliers and manufacturers choose may struggle to reach some countries. If that’s the case, we will contact you about your order.
Packages from our US suppliers may USPS or UPS as their shipping partner. Packages from supply manufacturers in China will come in ePacket/EMS or China Post Air Mail. Packages coming from the Philippines will usually be delivered via LBC, DHL or PhilPost. We will update you of any changes in the courier of choice, and additional shipping costs if necessary.
Tracking
We offer both tracked and untracked shipping. Tracking information if available will be provided to you once your orders have been processed, fulfilled, and shipped. If your order is coming from multiple places, we will email you the different tracking information as they come.
Your tracking information will be available to view on the courier specific websites, which will be included in the email you’ll receive regarding to your tracking code. Any update or lack of updates on your package on these websites are not within our control, but you are free to contact us for any concern you have with your order.
Customs
We will not shoulder any additional fees from customs once the items have been shipped. Purchasing our products means that you consent to any additional custom fees when they arrive at your country.
Shipped Packages
Shipping Time
In house inventory will be packed after cutoff time, and shipped on the scheduled day. Our suppliers and warehouses may take up to 10 days to process and/or fulfill your orders. After processing, the shipping time depends on the location they’re coming from. Any delays will be noted and an email will be sent out to you.
From our Philippine Inventory
Shipment from our Philippine inventory is controlled directly by Robin. Her scheduled shipping days are on Saturdays, Philippine Standard Time (+8 GMT). Any orders posted by Friday before 2pm PhST will be sent the following day. Any orders posted on Friday after 2pm will be shipped the next shipping day, likely the next Saturday.
If you’re in the Philippines, products from our on hand inventory will take from 3-7 business days in Metro Manila upon shipping, and up to 15 days outside and in provincial locations if using LBC. We also offer Grab Delivery for those in Metro Manila, which will be received on the day agreed/available.
If you’re outside of the Philippines, it may take anywhere from 15-60 days via PhilPost or 7-15 days via expedited courier.
From our China Manufacturers
ePacket/EMS or China Post may take from 20-55 days to get to you after processing. Processing may take from 3-7 days. Please make an allotment of 65 days in total before you make a claim.
From our US Supplier
It can take from 5-20 days after product fulfillment, depending on shipment location as our supplier has warehouses in the US, EU, and Mexico. Product fulfillment can take 2-7 days to fulfill.
