https://recatorobin.com is a personal website owned by Robin Angela Recato. The site holds information about Robin’s services, and a shop with on hand and outsourced merchandise, supplies from manufacturers and digital products. It also serves as a blog where she documents experiments, events and exhibitor schedules, and potential breaks/vacations.
The site is managed by Robin and a team of contributors. Team members will usually only have access to write and manage blog and product content. However, in the event that someone may have access to logs containing previous and current transactions, intentionally or otherwise, this Privacy Policy applies to Robin and the whole team.
What Information and Why
Forms
Our contact forms require your name, email, and any additional information, inquiry, feedback that you’ve provided. The form creates an automated email sent to Robin’s google email: recatorobin@gmail.com.
For our shop forms, we collect your Name, Email, Phone Number, Billing Address, Shipping Address and optional Order Notes when you purchase from our site. The forms are automatically generated by the plugin: WooCommerce. Once an order is placed, the plugin creates an order log. The order log includes any optional notes supplied by the customer.
Our newsletter forms only require your name and email, and it is automatically sent to our mailing list including. The site utilizes multiple newsletter forms for launches and blog posts. Each form will have specific tags and/or groups connected to them under our discretion, to send useful emails to those on the list.
Cookies
You may choose to save information on the mentioned forms above, and these will be stored in cookies. These cookies will last for one year, and are here to help your experience on the site.
Embedded Content
While we strive to have original content, there will be media embedded on the site as external references. These may be videos, images, and articles from other sites. If you have an account with them, these sites may collect data about you as if you were on their site.
Analytics
We use Google Analytics to analyze site data such as the pages checked and time spent on the site.
Advertising and Retargeting
We may utilize Advertising and Retargeting via Facebook Ads and Google Ads, and on other social media platforms such as Twitter and Instagram.
Sharing Your Data
Apart from having hand made inventory, we utilize both Drop Shipping and Print on Demand services for select products.
Drop Shipped items are direct from the suppliers we use and/or have screened. They may come from multiple manufacturers, often sourced in the Philippines and in China. In these cases, we will disclose your name, email, number, billing and shipping addresses, to be able to ship your product directly to you.
Some manufacturers may have a store on Alibaba and we may opt to submit an order through that site and their sister site, AliExpress, for faster processing. If you’re concerned on what these manufacturers could do to your data, please check out Alibaba’s Privacy Policy.
As of now, we use Printful as a Print on Demand service. We use their plugin to automatically create orders from our shop to their site. Upon order confirmation, information such as your name, email, number, billing and shipping address will be forwarded to them, and production starts within the week of your order submission. Please refer to Printful’s Privacy Policy for further information.
We also use a mailing list connected to MailChimp. We only ask for a name and email address that is automatically added to the list in MailChimp. While we will not release information gathered by these forms and stored on the third party application, please refer to MailChimp’s Privacy & Terms if you have concerns on how MailChimp will use your information.

How Long We Retain Your Data
Any email correspondence is done via gmail and will not be deleted for future reference. We do not have access to the Google Mail Servers and any of their services. For any concerns, please refer to Google’s Privacy Policy.
Information given to us for newsletter purposes will be stored in our mailing list within our own discretion. We may remove individuals for any reason as we maintain the list. If you’d like to opt out, you may contact us.
We do not delete order logs for reference and for cases that may require administrative, legal, or security reasons. Rest assured that we will not disclose your information to any third party individuals for reasons not mentioned.
Rights Over Your Data
You may contact us to supply you details of what we have of you, and a request to delete the personal data we have about you with the exception of active legal proceedings and are needed for administrative, legal, or security purposes.
Privacy Policy Changes
Any changes to our Privacy Policy will be reflected on this page. If necessary, we will send an email to our registered members notifying of the change.
