Before you contact us, we hope this page will help you with your questions about returning and refunding any transaction.
Returns
If you’d like to return a product, please ensure that they meet these requirements:
- Within 30 days from the date you received it;
- Item must be unused and in good/same condition;
- Must come in original packaging if applicable;
- Receipt on hand, or any proof of purchase;
- Not bought on Final Clearance.
Is your item still eligible for return? You may qualify for a refund or exchange!
Physical Product Refund/Exchange
After we receive the returned product, we will inspect and send you an update regarding the status of your refund. If applicable, we will ask you if you would like to exchange products instead. Once approved, we will send you tracking information, or a refund via PayPal.
We do not refund the original shipping costs, and you are responsible for any additional shipping costs. For discounted items including coupon codes used, we will only refund the discounted price of the specific item returned.
Digital Product Refund
Most digital products we provide comes with physical items as a thank you. While we do not require you to return any physical items, here are the requirements you need to avail of the refund for your digital product:
- Within 15 days after receiving the physical product/purchase.
- Receipt on hand, or any proof of purchase;
- Not bought on Final Clearance.
All digital products come with direct email support, free updates (if any), and rights to commercialize designs included in the package. By requesting a refund, you forfeit access to these features.
Shipping
You shoulder any return shipping and exchange shipping costs. Any shipping costs from our end are nonrefundable.
